Pretty standard and excellent hotel located close enough to different stores, local supermarket, and close by restaurants that were across road. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location pretty close to the beach with views of the ocean.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

Impeccably clean hotel in a lovely building just off marina and the beautiful canals near Naples, Seal Beach. Reasonably good breakfast with an amazing view. Extremely helpful and professional staff. What a comfy location!

The breakfast served was delicious, everything you could wish for, with a voucher on check in and an amazing view, for example. Everything was good, the room was brand-new and huge with bathroom and a bath tub, for instance.
